Developing a concept and floor-plan for the space provides a clear framework to guide the design process. We can create a concept and floor-plan for you to carry forward independently, or use it as the foundation for further design development undertaken by our studio on your behalf.

Choosing and coordinating colours and textures can feel overwhelming at the start. We work with you to develop a cohesive colour scheme and select materials that complement your project. Once finalised, you can choose to handle the purchasing yourself or engage us to manage procurement and deliveries on your behalf.

Procurement
Hawker Studio provides additional support by quantifying materials, sourcing alternatives for items that are over budget or unavailable, liaising with suppliers, and coordinating safe, damage-free deliveries. For simplicity, we issue a single consolidated invoice to the client and take care of the rest.
